The
Traditional Püchner Professional Bassoon – with divided long joint
This bassoon is the same as the standard Model 23,
but with divided long joint so that it will fit in a more compact case. Made
from 20 year old seasoned Curly Mountain Maple wood this bassoon is made with
silver-plated mechanisms. It is set up with waterproof pads for better sealing
and good response. It is supplied with 2 Püchner crooks.

5 finger holes and 1 tone hole are lined with
sterling silver tubes extending into the bore. The wing joint bore and the
small bore of the boot joint are fully rubber-lined, the large bore of the boot
joint is partially rubber-lined. Nylon lined pivot screws are also used.
Two finishes available, Matt Antique and Dark Red staining.
