Description
The brass version of Ted Klum’s New London alto design,
which is based on select vintage Berg Larsons including Jackie McLean‘s hard
rubber Berg Larson. This mouthpiece is Ted Klum’s brightest and most powerful
design with plenty of bite and cut while retaining warmth throughout the entire
range and not thinning out in the upper register. This mouthpiece is currently
available in sizes 6,7,8,9 as well as custom sizes upon request as special
order. This medium bullet chamber design was favoured by Jazz greats such as Coleman Hawkins, Sonny Rollins, Yusef Lateef, Buddy Tate and many others.
