extensive collection of Bob Sheppard and Joel Peskin. As lifelong professionals
Bob and Joel share a passion for finding and replicating great mouthpieces.
This Meyer replica is copied from a mouthpiece that was used by a top studio
musician in the US. The small chamber on this mouthpiece delivers a full core
sound with ease of articulation and consistency of intonation along with
vibrant tone colour and plenty of projection. The original Meyer was the choice
of alto greats Cannonball Adderley, Phil Woods and many more. Each New Yorker is supplied with a Rico H type ligature and cap.
