Description
The aim of the Sequoia RB1 Tenor Saxophone is to produce a broad, mellow fat sound, without sacrificing volume and tonal colour when playing with higher dynamics. The crook, body, bell and bow are left unlacquered, while the annealing is different than in the other models. This gives a fuller and warmer sound, and slight less projection than the RB2 model. Almost no dynamic roof: the more you blow, the louder it plays.
Precise and comfortable gold lacquered keywork.
